We are approaching the end of my white theme and therefore I thought we should have one last look at the white blazer ;-) It is really a grat piece! :-D I hope you had some inspiration to how you can wear white, "even though" you are plus size. I know many of you (us) don't like light colours, especially on our "problem areas" and therefore we often choose to go all balck/dark. Instead of doing that, try and focus on what is your problem areas and just avoid white/light colours right there. As I have done here, with dark pants and white on top.
One of the big trends this Spring/Summer is the loose kind of sporty peg leg trousers in jersey or silk worn with an oversize blazer and a pair of heels. I have often envied the girls wearing this trend, until I decided that I could do it as well! So here is my version, with room for curves :-)
White "Cherry" blazer - Gina Tricot // Black jersey peg leg trousers with feather print - Asos (get them here. They are quite roomy, so size down! the 18 regular can be worn if you are a UK20-22 as well!) // Nude sandals - Dorothy Perkins
Is there a trend you would like to try out, but don't think has room for curves? Or is hard to find in plus sizes?
