OOTD - Double denim

Tjekker lige ind med et outfit fra sidste uge. Jeg har været ude at rejse i denne uge, så derfor kommer det lige lidt sent ;-)

Mange har jo gjort det før mig, altså denim på denim, men jeg har ikke helt følt mig overbevist. Men da Zizzi sendte mig en virkelig cool denimskjorte, så tænkte jeg at det måtte prøves! Også selvom det var sort denim med blå denim ;-)

Just checking in with an outfit from last week! I have been travelling, so I have been a little late posting it :-)

Many have done it before me, double denim that is, but I have not felt convinced until now. But Zizzi sent me a very cool denim shirt and I thought I would try it out! Eventhough it is black denim on blue denim ;-)

Jeg synes virkelig at det blev ret cool. Lidt western med støvlerne og skjorten, sådan lidt urban cowboy/girl ;-)

OOTD - JUNAROSE #2

Hermed mit andet JUNAROSE OOTD, hvor jeg endnu engang anmelder jeans for jer. Jeans og bukser generelt er jo det vi plus sizes ofte har sværest ved at finde og derfor har jeg gjort det til min mission at afprøve alle JUNAROSE modellerne ;-)

Denne gang handler det om FIVE Slim. Jeg har valgt dem i animal print, men de findes i masser af andre farver også. Det er en almindelig jeans med lommer foran og bagpå og knap og lynlås foran. Det er en højtaljet model og det fungerer rigtigt godt. Hvis I kan huske det sidste par jeg anmeldte (NORTH) som blev lynet i siden, synes jeg disse fungerer meget bedre. Jeg havde svært til at vænne mig til sidelukningen, så jeg er nok bare mest til en klassisk jeans. De sidder tæt og mister ikke formen i løbet af dagen! Hvilket betyder at der er tilpas med stretch i, ikke for meget, ikke for lidt. De er virkelig flotte i printet og jeg har fået masser af komplimenter for dem allerede.

I dagens outfit har jeg valgt at sætte FIVE sammen med LEO. En t-shirt med leo-print, som jeg synes komplementerer jeans'ne godt uden at det helt bliver et sæt. En sort blazer og et par sorte støvler og lidt sølv accessories og så behøver man ikke mere, for et fint men casual outfit.

Nederst har jeg lavet en lille collage til jer så, I kan købe alt tøjet (eller noget lignende). Og husk, ingen affiliate links, jeg tjener ikke penge på hvad I måtte købe :-)

This is my second JUNAROSE OOTD, were I review another pair of jeans. Jeans and trousers in general is what us plus size women often have the hardest time shopping for and that is why I have made it my mission to test every one of the JUNAROSE jeans models for you ;-) 

This time it is all about the FIVE Slim. I chose the animal print, but it also comes in a variety of other colours and prints. It is a regular jean with pockets in front and in the back and a button and a zipper in the front. It is a high waisted model at it works well. If you remember the last pair I reviewed (NORTH) which has a side zip, I have to say the FIVE works better for me. I had a hard time getting used to the side zip, so I am probably just a classical jeans kind of girl. The FIVE has a tight fit and they do not loose their shape during the day. They have the right amount of strech for that nok to happen. They are really fab and I have had a lot og compliments on them already. 

In this outfit I have chosen to pair FIVE with LEO. A leo print tee in the same colour tone and with a blown up version of the leo print in the jeans. Styled with a black blazer, black boots and a few silver accessories and you have a nice but casual outfit.

Jeg håber I synes om lokation på billederne. Det er vores p-kælder på jobbet, for det regnede bare hele dagen. Og igen har min søde kollega Sophie leget modefotograf :-)

Jeg er lidt ked af at jeg ikke lige fik rettet på t-shirten, den sidder og laver en mærkelig fold, men sådan er det når man må skyde sine billeder i pausen ;-)

I hope you enjoy the location of the pictures. They are taken at the parking garage at the office, because it just wouldn't stop raining today! And again my sweet colleague Sophie was kind enough to act as fashion photographer. 

I am a little irritated that I didn't adjust the tee, it makes a weird fold in the pics, but that is how it is when you are shooting in your break ;-)

Double up - Burgundy

Temaet for double up er denne gang bordeaux. Det er en farve der langsomt men sikkert er krøbet ind i min garderobe de sidste par år. Den er især fin med sort og navy, synes jeg.

Til dette indlæg har jeg valgt en bordeaux frakke. Jeg synes den er så fin i den bordeaux farve og når man går så meget i sort som jeg gør, så er der virkelig ikke den store fare ved at købe en farvet frakke. Og de er alle vegne i år! Jeg arbejder på et indlæg til jer med en masse andre fine farvede frakker, for sådan én synes jeg man skal investere i i år.

The theme for this double up is burgundy. It is a colour that has slowly crept into my wardrobe the past couple of years. It is especially great with black or navy, I think. 

For this post I have chosen a burgundy coat. I think it is so pretty in the burgundy colour and when you wear as much black as I do, there is really no great risk in getting a coloured coat. And coloured coats are everywhere this season! I am working on a post for you with a lot of other pretty, coloured coats, because I think you should invest in a coloured coat this season.

at vi skulle tage billederne lige der foran den busk med de røde bær, for de matchede så godt ;-)

My colleague who took these pictures, really found her inner photographer, she also insisted we take the pictures in front of the bush with the red berries, because they matched the coat so well ;-)

OOTD - Black 'n' blue

Forleden var jeg som sagt til pressedag hos Bestseller og her er mit outfit fra den dag.
Jeg er blevet helt vild med kombinationen af mørkeblå og sort (og gerne med noget bordeaux ind over også) så det går jeg virkelig meget i lige nu. Jeg synes også at den navy/mørkeblå er et virkelig godt alternativ til sort i sort, som vi jo er nogle der ellers ret godt kan lide ;-)

Den tykke trøje er fra Monki og jeg ejer den nu i to farver, sort og blå. Den er skøn og varm. Og omend den snupper lidt af min talje, så er den en favorit pt.

The other day I attended Bestseller's press event and here is my outfit from the day. I am really crazy about the combination of navy/dark blue and black at the moment, so I have been wearing that a lot. I think that the navy is a very good alternative to black on black that many of us do really like to wear ;-) 

The big sweater/cardigan is from Monki and I have it in two colours; black and blue. It is soft and warm and eventhough it really does nothing to accentuate my waist, it is one of my favorites at the moment.

Sneak Peak - JUNAROSE Spring 2014

Forleden dag var jeg inviteret til pressedag hos Bestseller. De havde åbnet dørene så indkøbere, bloggere og pressen kunne kigge nærmere på de kollektioner der kommer til foråret (på shoppen fra januar og frem mod foråret 2014).

Der var så mange fine ting ikke mindst hos JUNAROSE. Udover at kigge på (og røre og prøve ;-)) tøjet, fik jeg lejlighed til at møde JUNAROSE teamet, herunder designeren Anna. De er alle sammen så søde og dygtige!

Kollektionen var virkelig fin og fyldt med flotte jakker, fede jeans og masser af cool detaljer. Jeg har allerede en lang ønskeliste ;-)

The other day, I was invited to Bestseller's press event. They had opened their doors so buyers, bloggers and the press could have a look at the Spring collections (they will be in stores and online from January 2014 and into the Spring). 

There were so many great stuff, especially from JUNAROSE. Besides looking at (and touching and trying on ;-)) the clothes, I got a chance to meet the JUNAROSE team, also the designer, Anna. They are all so sweet and talented!

The collection was really nice and had a lot of great jackets, jeans and cool details. I already have a wish list a mile long! ;-)

Jeg vender stærkt tilbage med et par outfit indlæg snarest, bla. fra Bestsellers pressedag og månedens JUNAROSE indlæg. Jeg har også et lille sneak peak af JUNAROSE's SS14 kollektion til jer. Men indtil videre, kan I lige kigge lidt på to outfits jeg godt gad at have på.

De er begge bygget op omkring et basis item som jeg godt gad at have; et par læderleggins. Der er et fest outfit og et casual outfit, begge outfits i juveltoner, som jeg synes er rigtigt fint her om vinteren. Dybe pink, blå og grønne toner mixet med sort, hvid og grå.

I will be back very soon with a couple of outfits, both from Bestseller's press event and this months JUNAROSE post. I also have a sneak peak of the JUNAROSE SS14 collection for you. But for now, here is two outfits I really wish I was wearing. 

They are both build around a basic item I really want; a pair of leather leggins. I have a party outfit and a casual outfit for you, both in jewel tones, which I think is really great for Fall and Winter. Deep pinks, blues and greens mixed with black, white and grey.

Double Up - Sweater Weather

Her er endnu et double up outfit, denne gang med temaet "sweater weather". Jeg elsker jo efteråret, blandt andet fordi at man så kan finde sine skønne striktrøjer frem. Denne her cardigan/coatigan er fra det danske mærke Envii. Deres styles går kun op til en L (nogle få til en XL) men når der er tale om oversize striktrøjer, så kan man altså godt være heldig ;-) Denne (model "Moose") er i 40% angora og virkelig dejlig blød. Den er varm og perfekt som overtøj her inden det bliver rigtigt koldt og god til vinter under en vinterjakke.

Jeg har stylet den med en sort bodycon kjole, sorte strømper og mine yndlings ankelstøvler fra sidste år. Når man vælger casual på denne måde, så kan man med fordel sætte lidt ekstra farve på læberne og vælge et par gode accessories til at give lidt ekstra.

Here is another outfit in the Double Up series. This time the theme is "sweater weather". I love fall, among other things, because you can pull out a soft and cosy knit. This cardigan/coatigan is from Danish brand Envii. Their styles only go to an L (sometimes an XL) but with oversize, loosefit cardigans, you can get lucky ;-) This cardigan (style: "Moose") is 40% angora and is so incredibly soft. It is warm and perfect as outerwear until it gets colder and in the winter nice under a winter coat. 

I have styled it with a black bodycon dress, balck tights and my favourite ankleboots from last year. When you wear casual like this you can spice it up a little with a bright lip and a few select accessories to give it a little extra.
